Just Cork-It is currently offering two types of franchises. Each is designed to open a store that will look, feel and operate just like any existing Just Cork-It store. The only difference is the cost of the leasehold improvements when building the store.

The Turn Key Franchise Package

This package is designed for the person who would, after extensive training in a corporate store, simply walk into their own store and begin operation on day one. We would take care of the complete building process from start to finish.

The Handyman's Franchise Package

This package is designed for the handyman: the person who can do tile work, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, painting, etc. The obvious benefit of this type of package is that the majority of the construction costs will be in the materials, not the labor. We would provide you with the design best suited for your location as well as consult you throughout the building process to ensure the best finished store possible.

Our successful business format including our trade name and dress.
We will assist you in building a store of the same design as our existing stores. Our name, logo and store design is well known in the Southwestern Ontario market and it's important to market a consistent image to all of our customers. We will also assist you in setting up the control systems that are required to monitor the financial and the wine production aspects of your business.

An exclusive territory around your location.
We will not open or allow someone else to open a Just Cork-It store within a 5km radius of your store.

Assistance in site selection and it's suitability as a new location.
We will assist you in your store site selection and advise you on it's suitability based on the information and experience we have gained at our 4 present locations.

Store design and layout to maximize the store's potential
We will assist you in determining the best design for your location keeping in mind our concept to satisfy both customers and wine production requirements.

Training in our operational procedures and production methods.
We will provide you with training in our stores so that you can learn our successful operational procedures and production methods.

Access through us, to our exclusive suppliers in your market.
We will supply you with wine kits and accessories from our exclusive supplier. Many suppliers today are creating protected business areas around stores that exclusively carry their product. We hold the exclusive territory around all of our stores and our competitors cannot carry our products. This provides our stores with a unique product available only through us.

Ongoing support, consultation, and problem solving.
Wine making can be a tough, unforgiving business if you make mistakes that affect the quality of the wine you produce. Many of the problems you will experience we have already experienced and solved. We can help you avoid costly mistakes.

Assistance in developing an effective advertising program in your market.
We have tested many advertising vehicles over the years and now focus on the ones that provide a return on our investment. We can assist you in identifying the type of advertising that will have the greatest effect on your business.
